Can you hold a place before I apply?
No, first application. After pre-approved yes. With a $500 advance deposit the unit will be held for residents. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
No, deposit is only Deposit. Separate First month. We do not charge last month's rent. -
How old do you have to be to apply?

Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, if the property is returned in good conditions per requirements on the lease. -
Who needs a cosigner?

You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
Go to our website, hit available rentals, and Start the application under the property desired. -
How do I pay rent?
We have several ways: your resident portal, via Zelle, via Cash App, via check mail to our office. For Zelle and Cash App, it is mandatory to add their name or address on the notes and send screenshot via text. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Ask for authorization. If approved, pay the one time non-refundable pet fee determined by weight. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
Inform the office on written notice via email. Both parties will sign a form stating how will the deposit be split. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Per lease agreement 60 day notice on writing informing the exact day of move out. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
In most cases, residents are responsible for paying for repairs and maintenance requests that are a result of their actions or negligence. Landlords are responsible for addressing repairs and maintenance due to normal wear and tear or issues with the property's structural components.
